Terms and conditions
No maintenance, oil change or any other service is permitted on our parking lot. Ontario Muslim Academy will not be responsible for any damage to person or property arising out of this rental. The applicant / vehicle owner bears all the responsibility of any damage caused by their vehicle. The vehicle owner agrees to abide by all by-laws of the parking and will follow any notices given by the Parking enforcement in regards to the parking spot. This rental cannot be sublet, assigned or transferred. Only the car listed above shall have the right to park in the spot. Either the applicant or the Ontario Muslim Academy may terminate this Agreement by providing Two days notice to the other without any charges. Payment is due at the time of signing the agreement and/or before parking Vehicles must not have any illegal items and cannot be used in any kind of storage or business. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
