How We Work
Reservation Process

Check your Requirements
Check your requirements, if you have some functions where you need to access the kitchen or need chairs or tables please choose that during the application process. Also if you need to use the facility for recurring sport event please choose accordingly.

Online Application
Please fill in the online application. Make sure you have all the required information including your address and phone number an the event date and time, and the range of the event if it is recurring. Once the application is submitted please wait for the confirmation email from the office.

Confirmation and Pick up Keys
Once you receive the confirmation email, please follow the instructions in the email. You can visit the office, make the security deposits/required payments, and pick up the key fob. After that you can enjoy the facility on the chosen date and time.

Do you have outdoor facility as well?
Yes,we have indoor gym facility, as well as outdoor field facility, that can be used for sports and other events in the summer.
Is there kitchen to warm food?
Yes, you can request the kitchen, tables, and chairs as add-on. You can use the kitchen for warming the food.. Please remember that cooking is not permitted.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be done before 72 hours of start of the rental time. There shall be a cancellation fee of $50. After deduction of cancellation fees, balance amount will be refunded upon return of the key or any other belonging. Please read full terms and conditions.
What times can the gym be reserved?
Gym can be used any time outside the school times, which is Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM during school days. Different days have different rates.
How do I make payment for the service?
We have a simple billing system which allows you to pay for services on a lump sum or a monthly basis. You can pay cash or e-transfer.
Can I get an receipt for my payment?
Yes, you can. Please contact our office for receipt. You can also request the generic receipt be emailed to you.
